International Commerce Centre (ICC) has achieved the “Outstanding” rating, the highest honour under BREEAM In-Use, a green building assessment method by the British Research Establishment (BRE), and has obtained full marks in three assessment categories. Not only does ICC become the first green building in Hong Kong to be certified by BREEAM, but also ranks among the top 3% of green buildings around the globe. Following the achievement of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Final Platinum rating in 2017, AEC Group is honoured to once again serve as green building consultant for ICC to enhance the sustainability performance by achieving the international green building certification!
