U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) co-organized a two-day education programme in Shanghai from 7 – 8 September 2019. The programme featured “Sustainable Development of Asset and Property Management” attended by representatives mainly from developers. Ms. Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group, was invited to speak at one of the modules to introduce the international Green Building rating tools including LEED, WELL and BREEAM through sharing our experience in green building projects in Hong Kong. In addition, Grace also illustrated how green operation of existing buildings could contribute to urban development.
