发言 | Environmental Consideration for Planning of New Development Projects

On 30 Aug 2018, Ms Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC, delivered a talk on Environmental Consideration for Planning of New Development Projects for the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. She shared various environmental factors, relevant guidelines and statutory requirements when it comes to planning a new development project, including environmental criteria under Hong Kong Planning Standards and Guidelines, Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance, and so on.
